Sales Manager

About the role

As the Sales Manager for NSW at Mamamia, you will be at the forefront of our mission to create meaningful connections and maximise advertising revenue. You will represent our brand in the market, managing a portfolio of agencies while striving to exceed sales targets and uncover new business opportunities.

With your strong networking abilities, you'll develop and nurture relationships, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your strategic insights will empower you to deliver innovative integrated advertising solutions that not only enhance client campaigns but also foster lasting partnerships. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

  • Proactively drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
  • Manage accounts within your portfolio, building and nurturing strong relationships to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and acquire new business through emails, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships to secure advertising bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative advertising solutions that align with client briefs and objectives.
  • Develop customised sales materials, proposals, and presentations to effectively position Mamamia's suite of products in the market.
  • Ensure accurate booking schedules, oversee campaign delivery, and conduct post-analysis to inform strategic planning for long-term opportunities.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years of digital sales experience, preferably with a digital publisher, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and additional revenue streams while being passionate about the Mamamia brand and digital media.
  • Proficient in utilising media booking systems to create media plans and manage bookings effectively.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines.
  • Confident in delivering engaging sales presentations, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
