Job Specification
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Around 2–5 years of experience in sales support, bid management, or a similar role
Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions
Good understanding of sales processes, proposals, and commercial documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
