• Prepare contracts, proposals, and related sales documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and systems

• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Detail-oriented, organized, with strong time management skills
• A strong service mindset and team spirit
• Relevant experience is an advantage
