We’re hiring a creative and resourceful Sales & Marketing Specialist to support a growing business partner.

This role combines early-stage sales outreach with social media and marketing support. You’ll be building processes from scratch, generating leads, and creating engaging content to help grow the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Research and identify potential customers, partners, or distributors
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, social media, and other creative channels
• Handle early-stage sales conversations and basic qualification
• Track leads and follow-ups using spreadsheets or simple tools
• Share prospect feedback to improve messaging and offers
• Create short-form content for Instagram and TikTok using AI tools
• Maintain a basic posting cadence and content organization
• Help establish basic workflows for sales and marketing tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, social media, or a hybrid role
• Comfortable with outbound sales and starting conversations
• Familiarity with AI tools for content or copy creation
• Highly creative, resourceful, and comfortable working without existing systems
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
