- Host the local breakfast show for ABC Western Plains
- Salary circa $77K - $94K
- Host a daily local radio show covering Western NSW, including Dubbo, Mudgee, Wellington, Gilgandra, Bourke, Walgett, Cobar, and Nyngan.
- Interact regularly with our community and show a strong understanding of the audience.
- Work with an incredible team in the Dubbo bureau to contribute to larger coverage
- Contribute to the Local Emergency Coverage plan and communicate with relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Generate local content that can be shared with other ABC content teams aimed at local and national audiences.
- Experience in radio, on-demand audio or media.
- Ideally, skills in creating original, engaging cross-platform content.
- Excellent editorial abilities for sourcing and analysing information.
- Passion for authentic content that represents Australia's diverse cultural and Indigenous communities.
- Ideally, possession of a current and valid Driver’s Licence.
- 15.4% ABC Nominated Super.
