About the team:
Join our high-performing Programmatic Sales team in Melbourne and play a key role in shaping the future of digital audio advertising in Australia. You'll help brands connect with audiences through innovative programmatic solutions across audio, podcasts, video and display. You'll collaborate with some of the industry's best sales, product and ad tech talent, while building strong partnerships with agencies, trading desks and advertisers.
What does your day to day look like?
- Drive programmatic revenue growth across LiSTNR's market-leading audio, podcast, video and display portfolio.
- Develop innovative advertising solutions that help clients achieve their marketing objectives.
- Build strong relationships with agency trading desks, DSPs, SSPs and direct advertisers.
- Identify and win new business opportunities while growing strategic programmatic partnerships.
- Optimise campaign and deal performance to maximise revenue and client outcomes.
- Act as a trusted programmatic expert, sharing market insights and supporting the wider sales team.
What you’ll need:
- 1+ years' experience in programmatic sales and 2+ years in digital media sales or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including programmatic buying, audience targeting and segmentation.
- Experience working with SSPs, DSPs and agency trading desks, with existing industry relationships highly regarded.
- Proven ability to identify and win new business opportunities, with strong commercial acumen and sales drive.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
