What is BrandWorks?

BrandWorks is a local business initiative from SCA, built to help small to medium sized businesses experience the effectiveness of audio advertising with minimal risk and maximum support.

About the role:

Based in Hobart, the Brandworks Coordinator supports the Brandworks program nationally, providing exposure to stakeholders across Australia while enjoying the unique lifestyle benefits Tasmania has to offer. This position reports directly to the Head of Brandworks and works closely with Sales Leaders across the SCA/SWM network.

This role is responsible for providing end-to-end administrative, operational and coordination support for the Brandworks program across the SCA/SWM network nationally and is central to the successful planning, organisation and execution of Brandworks initiatives, ensuring projects, events, approvals and reporting are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Acting as the key coordination point for the program, this role works closely with sales teams, stakeholders and suppliers to maintain seamless processes, effective communication and operational excellence across the Brandworks footprint.

What does your day to day look like?

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration and delivery of the Brandworks program nationally, ensuring key milestones, timelines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Manage calendars, event schedules, stakeholder communications and approval processes, ensuring all documentation and activities are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Head of Brandworks, including meeting coordination, reporting, presentations and action tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales Leaders, Account Managers and key stakeholders across the business to support successful program execution.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and develop reporting, dashboards and Excel-based tracking tools to support program performance, forecasting and decision-making.
  • Oversee document management, filing systems and record-keeping processes, ensuring compliance, version control and easy access to key program information.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, develop standard operating procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

What you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administration, coordination, sales support, or similar role, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, including experience coordinating complex schedules, deadlines, and competing stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting tools.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage data, reporting, and stakeholder information.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and maintaining high-quality documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, coordinating events or projects, or working in a client-facing environment will be highly regarded.
