Your role: As the Professional (Medical) Marketing Manager Philips Oral Health Care at Personal Health Greater China, you will develop medical Marketing strategies and Activation programs to drive healthcare professional (HCP) recommendation of our Oral Health Care propositions, while positioning the brand as an Oral Health Care expert. In this Greater China position, you will fulfill a responsibility to deliver the strategy through program development all through Activation and supporting Professional Sales Plans. Key to success is bringing creative HCP insights into the professional marketing plan, integrating clinical evidence and the KOL strategy into the plan, and driving in market execution of relevant new programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive medical marketing programs strategy to support the Health & Wellness Business and Brand Ambitions.
  • Develop the supporting business cases based on the strategic plan.
  • Engage with Dental and Healthcare professionals to understand, accept and recommend the product ranges.
  • Support translating the Professional Marketing Strategy into Activation and Sales plans in Greater China
  • Establish Healthcare Professional education programs in the area of Oral Health Care in Greater China
  • Define and execute the professional digital marketing plan, with focus on Dental Clinics
  • Ensure robust KPIs and tracking of medical marketing programs/activities to demonstrate clear ROI

You're the right fit if:

  • Min. 5-8 years of relevant and successful end2end medical/clinical business/marketing experience in consumer healthcare, Oral Health Care, Nutrition or Pharmaceutical industry;
  • Ability to build a professional Marketing Strategy, translated in YoY targets, programs from planning to execution
  • Experience in digital programs to engage Professionals
  • Fluent Oral English and Chinese
