Department Overview
You will join the B2B marketing department of Rakuten Mobile. We are responsible for the strategic promotion of not only mobile connectivity services but also various proprietary products. Our daily efforts are rooted in the customer-first mindset—one of the core values in our “concept of success”—as we strive to maximize customer satisfaction. Our marketing efforts span digital marketing, events, social media, owned media, and more. Through daily operations, we support the professional development of marketers, helping you grow your skill set across multiple channels.

Position Details
As a product marketing lead for one or more products, you will be responsible for developing and executing mid- to long-term marketing strategies that drive product growth. Depending on the product, you may lead a dedicated team and be expected to demonstrate leadership throughout planning and execution. You will also plan and implement marketing initiatives such as events, and manage operational channels, particularly paid search (listing ads). At Rakuten Mobile, you will gain end-to-end B2B marketing experience while growing alongside the company.

Work Environment
Total team size: 35 (15 in marketing, 20 in production/editorial)

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Hands-on experience with SEM marketing (SEM, SEO, EFO, LPO)
  • Proficiency with SFA or MA tools
  • Strong communication and coordination skills (internal and external stakeholders)
  • High level of interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Experience in sales strategy planning
  • Data analysis experience and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau
  • Marketing experience in the IT or telecommunications industry
  • Business-level English proficiency (English communication may be required depending on assigned services)
