- Researching, developing, and producing high-quality investigative stories and current affairs pieces for the 7.30 program
- Conducting in-depth interviews with newsmakers, experts, and those affected by the issues being covered
- Presenting live on-air segments with professionalism, authority, and engaging delivery
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless execution of segments and adherence to editorial standards
- Utilising multimedia platforms to enhance storytelling and engage audiences across various channels
- Highly advanced long-form reporting, writing, investigative and story-telling skills
- Comprehensive understanding of, and experience in, television current affairs production and feature length television story making and production
- Excellent political, business and general contacts

The Role

As a Producer/Reporter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative of the 7.30 program, delivering hard-hitting investigative reports, and engaging viewers with compelling storytelling. You will work closely with a team of talented journalists, researchers, and production crew to uncover stories that matter, challenge the status quo, and hold those in power accountable.
