Who We’re Looking For

  • An experienced Executive with prior experience in a planning and/or investment role within a media agency. You’ll have a solid understanding of trading principles especially across OOH channels. This is a broad scoped role where your attention to detail & ability to manage deadlines and priorities will be of huge importance.
  • You will have the opportunity to make your mark on briefs/campaigns and team/agency processes and be bold in your media recommendations and flex your creativity.You will also have the opportunity to learn the buying and trading process across all ATL channels including digital.
  • As Planning & Trading Executive you will be confident and capable managing financials, budget control and account queries as well as displaying proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • You will work in a small, easy-going team focused on outcomes. You will be part of a larger team including performance and planning & trading specialists working on both brand and performance focused brands.

 

What will your day to day look like?

  • Your time will be split between a variety of campaign management, administration and developing & guiding a Planning & Trading Assistant.
  • You will be responsible for the day to day trading and delivery of all campaigns within the client portfolio (buying competencies across all channels, including Television buying, weekly tracking & reporting across R&F goals, TARP delivery, CPM delivery, budget management and quality parameters)
  • You will assist the Manager throughout the planning process, to help deliver a media recommendation across all relevant channels that is innovative/creative, will achieve the client’s objectives and is cost-effective
  • You will confidently use & understand buying tools AQX, eTam, Roy Morgan, Nielsen Answers, Move, Eram & Spectra
  • You will assist the Manager/Director in delivering accurate, punctual and high quality pre-, mid- and post- campaign reporting for the client across all relevant channels and be able to provide basic insights
