Role Description

The Performance Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance media campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and emerging digital platforms. They play a critical role in delivering measurable business results for clients, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, performance-focused, and aligned with overall marketing strategies. The Performance Manager also mentors junior team members and works closely with channel specialists, analysts, and client leads.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in performance marketing withing a media agency OR an in-house agency team
  • Proven track record of running successful Paid Search, Paid Social, and/or Programmatic campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with TTD and DV360 looked upon favourably but not essential.
  • Understanding of tracking, tagging, Floodlight implementation, UTM's and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience, with ability to mentor and manage junior team members.
