People Services Administrator

- Contract for approximately 18 months
- Base salary $68K - $75K depending on experience
The Role
We are looking for a person with a strong customer service background and looking to take those skills into a HR environment. As the first point of contact for the People and Culture (HR) helpdesk, you will be taking calls and responding to emails of ABC employees existing and new with HR queries, including onboarding and general HR based questions.
You will manage issues that require sensitivity, discretion, and judgement in replying to enquiries, and will genuinely enjoy assisting people.
This is an 18 month contract, working onsite in the Collinswood office, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm and will involve;
- Responding to inquiries via the People & Culture Helpdesk, escalating complex queries as needed.
- Providing guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Assisting with creating, issuing and filing employment records.
- Offering professional phone support, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions.
About You
You thrive on building connections and take pride in helping others succeed. While a foundational knowledge of human resources is a bonus, it's not essential — this role is all about being the go-to person, offering guidance and first-level support to keep things running smoothly.
You’ll have:
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP HR is a plus.
