What you'll be up to:

The Partnerships & Content Director leads QMS Media’s content and partnership strategy to boost audience engagement, strengthen the brand, and drive commercial results. The role focuses on building and managing strategic partnerships and delivering innovative, high-value content initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Growth & Solutions and cross-functional teams, the position ensures alignment with broader business goals and translates strategic opportunities into impactful, growth-driving solutions. In addition you will also: 

  • Develop and execute QMS Media’s partnership strategy with the Head of Growth & Solutions.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships aligned to business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships to maximise mutual value.
  • Champion and communicate partnership benefits to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create go-to-market collateral to support partnership initiatives.
  • Track and report on partnership performance in line with business requirements.
  • Develop and deliver a sustainable long-term content strategy with the Head of Growth & Solutions.
  • Identify and lead content opportunities aligned to commercial and strategic priorities.
  • Manage key content partners and ensure effective integration across the business.
  • Monitor and report on content performance to drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce /Business/Communications or related experience would be an advantage.
  • Significant experience in the media industry.
  • Confident, high-profile networker with senior decision makers.
  • Forward-thinking and innovative mindset.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and solution-development capability.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative with exceptional relationship-building ability.
  • Capable of producing and presenting best-in-market collateral.
  • Fosters cooperation and collaboration among internal stakeholders, working together to
  • accomplish group goals.
  • Exhibits effective listening skills, actively seeks, and accepts feedback, and considers a range of opinions, perspectives, and contributions.
  • Consistently demonstrates accountability and takes ownership for tasks, people and projects.
  • Demonstrates a curious, enthusiastic, and proactive mindset.
