We're looking for a commercially minded and execution-focused Partnerships and Campaign Marketer to join the World360 Rewards team at Flight Centre Travel Group. World360 Rewards is FCTG's travel loyalty program — built to reward members every time they earn and redeem across travel and everyday partners. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of partner relationships and campaign delivery, turning strategic priorities into high-impact activations that drive member acquisition, engagement, and partner billing growth.

You'll bring structure, speed, and strategic thinking to everything you do — from building partner earn mechanics and co-funded campaign proposals through to executing activations across paid, owned, and earned channels. Day to day you’ll…

  • Own the partner marketing relationship end-to-end — from pitching and presenting co-funded campaign proposals to senior leaders and partners alongside the Partnerships team, through to being the trusted day-to-day marketing contact for all World360 Rewards partners, spanning both travel and non-travel categories
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across all partnership types — including points earn and redeem campaigns, bonus points activations, partner spotlights, and seasonal promotions
  • Develop partnership marketing proposals and earn mechanics that deliver mutual value — driving member engagement while contributing to partner billing targets
  • Coordinate partner activity within the broader World360 Rewards marketing calendar, aligning activations to strategic campaign formats and always-on programs
  • Design and execute campaigns across the full channel mix and key program priorities — including member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, partner promotions, and experiential activations across paid, owned, and earned channels — developing briefs, timelines, and success metrics, and working closely with the broader marketing team across automation, digital, content, and media to bring campaigns to life
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign and partner performance across all channels — including member engagement, app downloads, CPA, and partner billing — optimising based on insights and ROI
  • Participate in partner QBRs and workshops to ensure cross-functional alignment and demonstrate program value to partners
  • Apply AI tools to support campaign ideation, partner pitch development, and data-backed proposals

We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • 6 + years in partnerships marketing, campaign management, or loyalty program marketing — experience within a travel, retail, or financial services loyalty context highly regarded
  • A solid understanding of loyalty mechanics — including earn and redeem structures, points-based incentives, and partner co-investment models
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities, partner needs, and measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships across internal teams and external partners at all levels
  • A confident communication style with the ability to influence, present, and negotiate effectively — both written and verbal
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partner relationships simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with AI tools to support marketing workflows
  • A marketing degree or equivalent qualification
