Part-time Marketing Assistant (Contract)
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Assist to organize marketing and joint programs including webinars, seminars, digital, social media, advertising and direct marketing
- Coordinate with production houses and agencies to implement programs and handle administration and logistic workflow
- Prepare marketing content, collateral and premium and collect market intelligence
- Maintain database and perform ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- DSE/F.5 or above
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI tools is preferred
- Detail-minded, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good organizational and communication skills
