Officer / Senior Officer, Product Marketing
Responsibilities:
Develop yearly IMC marketing and brand communication strategy including budget allocation and connection plan for core products campaigns. Lead the development of local campaigns to drive local relevance and connection. Manage marketing campaigns through comprehensive executions, including day-to-day communication calendar set-up, PR/ Social & Digital/ Event/ Media plan and execution, and retail channel synergy. Analyze and review achievement level on a regular basis to measure effectiveness and identify business chance. Collaborate with Marketing Manager to execute business strategy, brand building and products communications plan. Consolidate market forecasts and analyze business plan. Lead excellent executions across internal teams & external agencies, overview team operation and facilitate growth of team members. Collaborate with HQ marketing team to ensure seamless implementation of global strategy.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, PR or related disciplines. 4 years relevant experience in Product marketing /Digital Marketing, preferably from FMCG, beauty or retail industry. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, creative and good beauty sense. Familiarize with marketing trend, competitor analysis and consumer insight findings. Strategic thinking, problem solving, project management, organization skills and multi-task to be able to work under pressure and tight deadline Mass Media and Social Media knowledge. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing is a must Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English Immediate available is preferred UNIQLO is the flagship label of the FAST RETAILING group.
