What you'll be up to:

QMS is launching a national Retail Out-of-Home (OOH) Network across digital in-store environments, creating a new advertising channel spanning grocery, liquor and hardware. The Multi Media Designer will create high-quality visual assets that support the network's launch, growth and commercial success, delivering compelling static, motion and video content in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product and Campaign Delivery. In addition you will also:

  • Create high-quality static, motion and video assets for Retail OOH campaigns, marketing and sales.
  • Translate briefs into engaging, commercially effective creative.
  • Develop campaign concepts, mock-ups and final artwork, delivered on time and on brand.
  • Design content for digital in-store environments and supporting marketing channels.
  • Build templates and scalable creative systems to support campaign delivery.
  • Ensure consistency across all creative assets, presentations and brand communications.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Data & Insights and Campaign Delivery to deliver integrated creative solutions.
  • Manage feedback, revisions and final artwork with strong attention to detail.

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Digital Design, Multimedia Design or Visual Communications.
  • 5+ years' experience in an agency, studio or in-house creative role.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects and Premiere Pro, with strong motion graphics and animation experience.
  • Experience using AI-powered design and video tools to enhance creative workflows.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D or 3DS Max) is highly regarded.
  • Experience in Out of Home (OOH) and/or Retail OOH is advantageous.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to take projects from brief to final delivery.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
  • Collaborative, proactive and commercially minded, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing creativity, quality and efficiency.
