What your typical day will look like

The Media Reporting & Analytics Manager is a newly created role, where you will lead junior team members in the development and troubleshooting support for baseline and advanced level reporting to ensure internal team success and client satisfaction.  You will be instrumental in managing and mentoring junior team members in executing reporting tasks while helping them develop professional expertise.

Key responsibilities include

  • Work closely with client and internal teams to develop insights and recommendations based on client and media performance data
  • Communicate recommendations to client stakeholders, leading client reporting calls alongside channel teams
  • Participate in discovery and auditing process with Client Services, Planning and Activation teams to create a measurement strategy and reporting infrastructure for all campaigns
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Planning and Activation teams to develop reporting templates and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for advanced issues and improvements specific to region-level reporting
  • Assist in the hands-on development and maintenance of client reporting, both baseline reporting and advanced reporting
  • Work with Global Analytics team to continuously refine and optimise reporting platforms, templates, and philosophies, staying abreast of and testing new technologies
  • Responsible for working directly with offshore analysts for data population/QA

A bit about you

  • A Degree in analytics, information systems, communications, statistics or similar areas of study
  • Experience managing others and/or team leadership experience, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative culture
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Expert knowledge of excel
  • Visualization experience, ideally with Tableau
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Knowledge, experience and/or interest in media will be highly advantageous, particularly within digital, brand and performance campaigns
