About the role

This role involves managing, designing and activating multi-channel media campaigns across a variety of exciting and diverse clients and brands. You'll be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial media brief to implementation, and will work closely with the wider client and strategy team to ensure creative, innovative media solutions are brought to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Connections Planning and Design

  • Develop and execute integrated media plans across multiple channels (digital, TV, OOH, print, etc)
  • Craft compelling campaign narratives and concepts that connect with target audiences across touchpoints
  • Design and visualize connected campaign ecosystems, showcasing how different channels work together seamlessly
  • Develop and present innovative media solutions that leverage emerging technologies and trends
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure media strategies align with creative executions
  • Conduct audience research and insights analysis to inform media planning and campaign development

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Manage campaign budgets and track performance against KPIs
  • Monitor campaign performance across channels and make real-time adjustments as needed
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights to inform future planning
  • Develop and implement strategies for campaign optimization and measurement
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest media trends, technologies, and best practices

Client Communication & Collaboration:

  • Present media plans and campaign strategies to clients in a clear and compelling manner
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and target audience
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and insights to clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and foster a collaborative work environment

Teamwork & Leadership:

  • Collaborate effectively with other team members, including strategists, and client managers
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge and expertise
  • Contribute to the overall success of the agency by sharing ideas and best practices
