Media Planner Associate (Biddable)
A Media Planner Associate
(Biddable) is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of media bidding systems, and the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
You will work closely with the brand, creative, commercial, and livestreaming teams to deliver efficient, high-performance campaigns that support client goals across awareness, traffic, conversion, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads and others.
Set up and manage campaign structures, budgets, targeting, and optimization rules.
Drive measurable performance aligned with client objectives (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, cost efficiency). - Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Conduct daily performance checks and ensure campaigns are pacing efficiently and delivering expected results.
Optimize campaigns through creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid adjustments.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement across campaigns. - Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Present campaign results and optimization plans to internal teams.
Maintain accurate dashboards and tracking documents. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with commercial, brand, and creative teams to align campaigns with promotion calendars and product pushes.
Provide performance feedback to the creative team for ad improvements.
Collaborate with platform partners to stay updated on best practices and new features. - Platform Knowledge & Innovation
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks.
Test new ad formats, beta features, and performance strategies to improve results.
Ensure all campaigns follow platform policies and brand safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in biddable media, performance marketing, or e-commerce ads.
- Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, or Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
- Strong analytical and data-reading skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across several brands simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and optimization mindset.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Experience with e-commerce brands or agency environments is a strong advantage.
