What your typical day will look like:

As the Integrated Media Planner, you'll be responsible for developing media strategies that align with marketing and business objectives, while maximizing advertising returns across various channels. By analyzing data and staying informed on media trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape, you'll create innovative strategies to ensure campaigns reach the right audience effectively and efficiently. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and make informed decisions on the best media channels to drive impactful business results.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Media Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive media strategies, channel recommendations, and detailed flowplans. Liaise with media owners for proposals, and utilize media planning and audience insights tools to optimize campaign effectiveness. Analyze data to determine the best media mix, ensuring campaigns meet client goals and budgets.
  • Client & Agency Collaboration: Manage day-to-day client relationships, collaborating closely with clients, creative agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Lead post-campaign reporting and maintain clear communication on campaign performance across local, regional, and global levels.
  • Financial & Administrative Support: Oversee invoice billing and coordinate with clients on purchase orders and signed contracts. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of reporting systems (VSMS, media plans, status reports) and all related administrative processes.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong working relationships with both internal teams (e.g., specialists) and external media partners, ensuring clear communication, accurate briefings, and staying updated on industry trends to enhance campaign outcomes.

A bit about you:

  • Media Experience & Planning: 1+ years of experience in a media agency, with a preference for integrated media planning expertise.
  • Analytical & Creative Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that align with client business objectives, balanced with creative thinking.
  • Attention to Detail & Organization: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks independently in a well-organized manner.
  • Communication & Technical Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both face-to-face and via email/telephone, along with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant PC applications for reporting and presentations.
