Media Planner
Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to deliver regular reporting for Digital Marketing channels and campaigns, as well as audience, attribution and CRO (conversion rate optimisation) analysis.
- Delivers regular, sharp, action-oriented reporting on our digital estate, including performance across Social Media, Website, Search, Paid, CRM and Email
- Works closely with the Digital Marketing Team, defines and tracks suitable KPIs, automating as much of our reporting as possible through dashboard technology and providing optimisation guidance where possible
- Manages comprehensive Audience Segmentation and Propensity Modelling, leveraging CRM, historical and behavioural data
- Where relevant, leverages third party data to enhance our targeting strategy
- Works with the Digital Marketing Team, embed an audience-led approach to our digital content and channels
