Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive and always asks ‘Why’. You want a job where you will be challenged and always have the next opportunity in your sights. You hate the idea of being another cog in a machine, you want to work in a dynamic environment where you can learn, grow and do great work. It could be your first gig after uni, or a change in direction from a current role that doesn’t feel quite right for you.
This entry-level role will support the day-to-day management and delivery of advertising campaigns, with a remit including the implementation, reporting and financials of client briefs, as well as supporting the account managers and directors in the running of key accounts.
You’ll need to feel comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets, but also at home in different presentation software like Google Slides or PowerPoint. You’re eager to learn how to run advertising campaigns in platforms like Google, Facebook and YouTube, but mostly importantly you want to spend every day working with other people.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of media planning and buying for the agency
- Monitoring campaign delivery and live activity, flagging any potential issues and sending go-live reports to clients
- Coordinating and assisting with the tracking / reporting of campaign performance
- Managing client finance and invoicing process accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilising industry tools to run competitive and channel analyses, developing insights and reports for clients
What you’ll bring
- University degree (or equivalent qualification), ideally in business, marketing, advertising, or communications
- Passion for all things data and spreadsheets (Excel proficiency is essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Motivation, passion and a drive to succeed within the media/advertising industry
