Media Content Specialist
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Media Content Specialist to support
PSA’s corporate communications, social media and external engagement efforts.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating visual content and has skills
in video production, photography and design. The successful candidate will
support the team in bringing PSA’s people, events and company stories to life
through engaging multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of videos, from concept to completion, including
storyboarding, filming and editing. - Take photos and videos for corporate events, employee features, internal
activities and social media content. - Create visual content for PSA’s social media platforms, including short-form
videos, reels, photo stories and campaign visuals. - Design EDMs, posters, social media graphics and simple digital assets for
internal and external communications. - Support internal communications through videos, visuals and content for
announcements, events and employee engagement. - Cover company events, visits, townhalls and internal programmes through
photography and videography. - Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate shoots and ensure content is
aligned with PSA’s brand and messaging. - Help organise and maintain photo, video and design assets for future use.
Requirements
- Diploma in Media, Communications, Design, Marketing, Film Production or a
related discipline. - Relevant experience in video production, photography, content creation or
design. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered. - Good eye for visuals, storytelling, content angles and visual consistency.
- Comfortable with video production, photography and basic design work.
- Familiar with social media trends and able to adapt them for a corporate
brand. - Familiar with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva,
CapCut or similar platforms. - Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with different
stakeholders. - Willingness to learn, take feedback and support a range of communications
needs.
