Marketing Senior Officer
Job Description:
This position supports the marketing function by developing, analyzing, and interpreting both standard and ad-hoc marketing reports. He/She integrates data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights that inform business decisions. Beyond reporting, this role identifies key trends, evaluates market dynamics, and monitors competitor activities to provide meaningful recommendations. He/She performs data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights. This position translates data into clear narratives using dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to support strategic planning and operational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using presentations and visualization tools.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support both standard reporting and ad-hoc analysis requests.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience or working knowledge with SQL and Power BI is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and a proactive mindset.
