Marketing Operations Manager

The Role  

This role will manage day to day operations of the Marketing Automation Platform and drive technical delivery and optimisation of 1:1 marketing campaigns.

Based out of Sydney this is an 18-month contract position

The Job 

The Marketing Operations Manager will manage platform process, day-to-day operations and technical delivery of campaigns in the Marketing Automation Platform (currently Salesforce Marketing Cloud), to support CRM and newsletter projects and campaigns. 

Working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Lead, Operations, you will:

  • Manage and optimise marketing campaign processes and documentation.
  • Manage day to day operations within our Marketing Automation Platform.
  • Liaise with CRM Managers and Newsletter Producers to support and advise on email channel delivery and best practice.
  • Support the Marketing Lead, Operations on Marketing projects or initiatives.

About You 

With extensive understanding of and experience in data-driven marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, you will also have advanced experience using marketing automation platforms (particularly email channels), with strong understanding of technical delivery and best practice.  You'll possess advanced skills and experience in the delivery and measurement of campaigns including building campaigns and journeys, A/B testing, and supporting training and process.

You'll be highly organised and process-orientated, with solid experience implementing and driving adoption of technical and business processes.

You're an excellent communicator with a proven ability to negotiated and effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders.
