Marketing Manager - Shows & Owned Content

The Shows & Owned Content Marketing Manager role involves defining & leading the
delivery of the content & GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for Sportsbet produced TV
shows and in-app video on demand output.

This unique and integral role is central to one of Sportsbet's key
transformational pillars, and gives you the opportunity to define and lead the
delivery of our content strategy for both our broadcast magazine shows as well
as our in-app video on demand content.

The role provides exciting opportunities to work closely with a diverse range of
teams in the business, including Production Studio, Talent, Product, Tech,
Media, Commercial Analytics, Design & more - as the key driver of our content
strategy & execution, your ability to connect & collaborate with these teams
ongoing will be a key driver of your success in the role, and your personal
growth within the Sportsbet business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Play a key role in ideating and defining the Sportsbet content on platform
    mid-long term vision, strategy & execution, and support in identifying the
    enabling requirements to achieve this (tech, resource, studio time etc).
  • Support strategy creation & lead ideation with relevant stakeholders for all
    Sportsbet shows.
  • Identify key events and moments to capture audiences with on platform
    content.
  • Lead the briefing and execution to SB producers to create this content
  • Oversee execution of show content strategy for social channels.
  • Work with producers & editors to define and optimise weekly social and
    on-platform deliverables.
  • Lead a high performing team to coordinate scheduling, approval, and
    optimisation of video content on platform
  • Support the creation & execution of GTM strategy for show promotion across
    various channels for both video on demand content as well as other relevant
    Media & Content propositions.
  • Support Media team to capture and report Sportsbet shows audience data and
    performance across broadcast, YouTube and social content.
