Description

Work with Marketing Manager in the development of the strategic roadmap and product assortment for the brand within the market context of competitor's offerings, consumer insights and business impact. Support on marketing calendar planning according to global/ regional directions and local priorities.
Manage the development of NPL and campaign concept & USP, plan and execute 360 campaigns with consumer engagement team, work closely with cross functional leaders to ensure core concept are aligned in all consumer facing communications.
Collaborate with CRM team to segment the right customer base for activations and maximize the business potentials at all touchpoints.
Lead and facilitate the sales forecast process from prior to during launches on saleable and non⁃saleable management, ensure stable supply and maintain healthy inventory level to support brand sales.
Collaborate closely with online team to drive unity planning and achieve brand common goals, with synergy in achieving omni optimization in assortment, launch calendar and channel strategy.
Build strong partnership with retailers, develop and formulate trade marketing plans and liaise with retailers to secure opportunities and coordinate initiatives.
Lead for an effective promotion strategy, design the right tactical offerings with application in right channels and targeting the right audience, govern and manage KPIs to track performance in achieving samples and gift ROI, construct analysis, collect feedback from stakeholders and actively share insights for improvements and adjustments.
Maximize the execution of the promotional support, maintain a close relationship with field team to ensure promotion plans are smoothly launched, develop comprehensive programs and wrap up with performance analysis and key learning.
Lead instore visual merchandising, with global guideline as cadence and local adaptation to strengthen the story telling instore and bring customers a complete and retail excellent journey.
Work in close partnership with regional team, capturing qualitative and quantitative metrics at local market for future product pipeline, packaging improvement, assortment opportunity.
Coach and develop team members as well as provide guidance for driving consistent execution on projects.

Qualifications

  • University Graduate in Marketing or business⁃related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in FMCG/ Retail/ Beauty industry
  • Demonstrated track record of brand business building, collaboration and leadership is required
  • Pleasant, pro⁃active and a passion for excellence
  • Strong co⁃ordination and interpersonal skills, creative and attention to details
  • Exceptional presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills
