Marketing Manager, Ischemic (Shanghai)

Position summary: This position is responsible to develop marketing strategies, with the aim to capture and broaden Stryker’s market share in existing and potential markets and drive revenue growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
(Detailed Description) Direct product management through the entire product life cycle including market needs, product registration, new product launch, product training, product promotion/advertising and product end of life. Develop product marketing strategies including product positioning, and product combination for tender bidding, product pricing, go-to-market strategies, and incentive plan for product promotion for specific product line. Designing and leading field and digital marketing campaign, physicians training courses for share gain and penetration Chasing local partnership to fulfill products portfolio gap Lead market research including identify customer needs, collect competitors’ information, study industry and market trend, perform market analysis and identify market opportunities. Oversee the development of marketing communication materials such as product brochures, PM News, and product posters etc. Provide product information to support the update of company website. Perform project management duties such as Target hospitals tracking, program tracking, budgeting, internal/external reporting.
Education & Experience:
Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration, or in Medicine or Biomedical Engineering. MBA preferred. At least five years experience in marketing role either as Marketing Manager or Product Marketing Manager with people management experience and marketing experience within medical device sector. A proven track record in developing and administering marketing programs; BD and digital marketing experience is a plus. Proficient in MS Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Work Flexibility
- Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
- Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
- Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
- Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
