About the Role (Role purpose / objective)
The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing brand market development strategies and preparing for the successful launch of high-quality new products within assigned brands. Accountable for executing, monitoring, and analyzing pre-approved strategic plans to drive brand growth, as well as preparing for and actively participating in sales meetings and promotional activities.

How you will contribute: (Key accountabilities and responsibilities)

  • Define and manage sales and investment targets for brand and new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
  • Develop and execute product strategies, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within the allocated marketing budget to drive brand growth, support new product launches, and maximize business impact.
  • Design and implement market research and insight programs, conduct in-depth analysis of market dynamics, and forecast future trends to provide critical support for brand strategy development and new product launch planning.
  • Standardize scientific education and marketing activities related to testing, clinical guidance capabilities, and new product launch communication, enhancing awareness and proficiency across both products.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process and provide high-level support for ad hoc requests from senior management.
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen capabilities, ensuring operational excellence and professional growth within the team.
  • Ensure all marketing activities, brand promotion strategies, and new product launch initiatives comply with company compliance principles and applicable regulations.
