Marketing Executive - Broadbeach, QLD

Join a fast-paced marketing team where you’ll bring campaigns to life from
concept to execution. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in
delivering and optimising high-impact marketing activity, working closely with
Product, Creative, Digital and external partners to ensure every campaign is
seamless, accurate and commercially effective.

Starting with a strong focus on digital performance, you’ll quickly expand your
skills across a variety of channels, campaigns and projects as the business
grows. This is a dynamic opportunity to collaborate across teams, take ownership

A day in the life:

You will have a strong understanding of travel products, destinations and
touring or cruise concepts, with the ability to support time-sensitive, seasonal
and inventory-led campaigns. Be responsible for managing pricing, inclusions and
availability updates, ensuring all package details and T&Cs remain accurate,
while handling frequent supplier or product changes and maintaining robust
sign-off processes prior to campaign launch.

Role Growth & Stakeholder Management:

  • Support multiple brands and markets, tailoring messaging to different
    audiences and regions and provide ad hoc support as the key liaison between
    Product and Marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines and deliverables while maintaining
    clear, consistent cross-team communication

Digital Performance:

  • Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google and other
    channels) to drive high enquiry volumes within CPA targets and manage and
    deploy campaign creative assets accurately across channels
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns to achieve channel
    goals

Reporting & Admin:

  • Monitor marketing spend pacing, maintain budget tracking and ensure full
    budget utilisation and track campaign performance across ads, website
    engagement and conversions, providing regular reporting and highlighting
    risks or opportunities
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and reports for stakeholders, keeping
    materials up to date with relevant case studies, support meetings with
    updates, improve processes to enhance delivery, team coordination, POS and
    invoicing

Campaign Management:

  • Manage campaign briefs from Product, leading creative briefing, timelines and
    end-to-end delivery and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of campaign assets
    across all internal and external teams
  • Brief cross-functional marketing teams (creative, copy, video, social and PR)
    on campaign objectives and requirements

Website Content Management:

  • Owning website content updates including campaign landing pages, promotional
    content and supporting content, working closely with Product and Digital to
    ensure content reflects current offers and availability and support website
    content updates as needed

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution or
    digital/print content roles
  • Strong organisational and workflow management capability
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in content and asset delivery
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven campaign environments with
    the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative working style with experience supporting cross‑functional teams
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager
    desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CMS or digital tools
    advantageous
