Marketing Coordinator
About the role:
- Deliver Marketing Campaigns
Support the planning and delivery of marketing, partnership and activation initiatives. - Coordinate Stakeholders & Projects
Manage timelines, assets, approvals and communications across campaigns. - Maintain Marketing Operations
Administer calendars, trackers, reporting and campaign documentation. - Support Team Administration
Assist with meetings, budgets, invoices and general team operations. - Promote Brand, Culture & Safety
Uphold ARN’s brand standards, culture and workplace safety practices.
About you:
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Marketing and partnership knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Relevant coordination/marketing experience
- Proactive, reliable and adaptable
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Media or a related discipline (desirable)
