Bapcor is Asia Pacific's leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, equipment and services. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Wholesale Marketing team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension.

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Wholesale, this is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants hands on exposure across campaign delivery, customer communications, content coordination and marketing operations.

This role is heavily weighted towards communications and execution, making it ideal for someone who thrives on bringing campaigns to life, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring every detail is delivered accurately and on time. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same. You could be:

• Coordinating and deploying EDM campaigns
• Updating website and digital content
• Developing marketing collateral and sales support materials
• Managing approvals and ensuring brand compliance
• Supporting product launches and promotional campaigns
• Preparing internal communications and campaign updates
• Tracking marketing budgets, purchase orders and reporting
• Coordinating agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining marketing calendars, processes and documentation

Skills & Experience

2–4 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Communications Coordinator or similar marketing role
Experience supporting marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution
Strong written communication and proofreading skills
Experience creating or coordinating EDMs, marketing content and collateral
Strong administration and project coordination skills
Exposure to website content management systems and digital marketing activities is highly regarded
Experience working with agencies or external suppliers is beneficial
