Marketing, Communication & Client Director, SEAO
Position Summary:
Responsible for building marketing, client & communication strategies of Piaget in SEAO region supporting business objectives as well as long-term brand building
Overseeing 5 key Client Engagement touchpoints: Communication (media & PR), Events, Visual Merchandising, Client & Ebusiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand and Categories Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy aligned with Piaget's global brand guidelines and the specific needs of the SEAO market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Go-to-Marketing and Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, print, events, and retail.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and influencers in the SEAO region to enhance brand visibility and reputation (Public Relations & Media Relations).
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective trade marketing programs that drive sales and market share.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising.
- Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events to engage clients and promote the Piaget brand (Event Management).
- Direct and oversee all Marketing functions (Product Marketing, Creative Content, Media, Social, PR, Events, External relations, Market and brand intelligence) towards common vision and in daily operations.
- Define and manage the A&P budget and performance metrics to dynamically optimize resources and make informed decisions.
- Team Management: Build performing teams, fostering an inclusive work environment to develop talents.
- Foster a culture of excellence and togetherness-shared purpose, which fosters high levels of cross-functional/cross-departments engagement and collaboration.
- Be an internal and external ambassador of the Maison and its values.
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
- At least 15 years experience with a solid background in the Marketing function.
- Ideal product/category experience: watches & jewelry (if not: cosmetics, luxury F&B and fashion preferred).
- Team player, with engaging leadership and inspiring attitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, and able to think out of the box.
- High standards of excellence and strong project management.
- Solid executive presence.

- Geographical Area: Southeast Asia & Oceania.
- Team Management: Direct management of 4 team members.
