Orange Sky exists to support Australians who are facing challenges in their lives, including homelessness, financial hardship, limited access to laundry facilities or temporary displacement due to a natural disaster. We are committed to being there when it’s needed most, offering free laundry services, warm showers and friendly chats with our volunteers. The Role

Orange Sky’s impact is driven thanks to a passionate community of supporters, and this role sits at the heart of inspiring and motivating them to continue supporting our mission. Sitting within the Marketing team and acting as a key business partner to Fundraising & Partnerships, you will manage the coordination and delivery of impactful multi-channel campaigns and appeals. Applying your deep brand and marketing expertise, you will shape compelling concepts, streamline project workflows, and amplify engagement to grow our brand awareness and drive revenue targets across Australia.

This role will:

• Drive campaign project delivery
  You’ll apply project planning principles to manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns and appeals, on time and on budget. Partnering closely with Fundraising & Partnerships, you’ll translate requirements into actionable plans and coordinate workflows with internal specialists.
• Apply brand and marketing strategy
  You’ll bring a distinct marketing lens to campaign ideation, turning targets into compelling concepts, key messaging, and audience-centric creative. You’ll oversee copy and collateral development to ensure every touchpoint connects deeply with supporters and elevates our brand.
• Uphold brand integrity and continuous improvement
  As an Orange Sky brand champion, you’ll ensure all outputs strictly align with our brand guidelines and tone of voice. You’ll also analyse campaign data to deliver actionable insights, optimise performance, and refine cross-team processes for maximum efficiency.
