Are you a marketing graduate or, a marketer looking to build on the foundations or your career with hands-on experience across multiple disciplines?
Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join our national Customer Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across campaigns, content, social media, brand, communications and analytics while working alongside experienced marketers in a growing organisation.
Rather than specialising in one area, you'll play a key role across the full marketing function, helping deliver campaigns that engage thousands of children, families and school communities across Australia.

This is a varied role and your weekly activities could see you;
Campaigns & Content
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity
Coordinate marketing requests and stakeholder briefs
Create and manage marketing collateral across various channels
Maintain campaign calendars and schedules
Coordinate content and assets with internal teams and suppliers
Social Media & Community Engagement
Schedule and publish social content
Monitor online engagement and customer feedback
Support social media growth initiatives
Assist with performance reporting and insights
Collaborate with creative teams on content development
Brand & Marketing Operations
Maintain marketing assets and content libraries
Ensure marketing materials remain current and on-brand
Support Canva design and content creation
Manage the marketing inbox and administrative tasks
Assist with supplier coordination, reporting and project support
Qualifications
Essential
Marketing qualification or experience in marketing, communications or social media
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, VLookups, Data analysis and reporting
Exposure to SharePoint, CMS or digital asset management systems
Experience working with agencies or external suppliers
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Desirable
Canva experience
Meta Business Suite or social media management platforms
Social media content creation experience
Exposure to SharePoint, CMS or digital asset management systems
Experience working with agencies or external suppliers
