Manager/Senior Manager (Digital Ecosystem & Partnership Team)
What the role is
The Digital Ecosystem Partnerships team spearheads IRAS’ engagement with the broader digital ecosystem, working closely with solution providers, government agencies, and intermediaries to promote the widespread adoption of IRAS’ digital services and APIs.
This position uniquely bridges the domains of tax, systems, and ecosystem operations, playing a pivotal role in ensuring that IRAS’ digital solutions are not only seamlessly integrated but also fully operationalised and embraced by partners. By facilitating smooth collaboration and effective implementation, the team supports streamlined tax reporting and compliance across the ecosystem.
What you will be working on
Operations, Onboarding & Integration
- Manage onboarding of software providers onto IRAS digital platforms, through APEX Cloud.
- Support day-to-day operations, issue resolution and system integration.
- Work with Product Owners and technical teams on API implementation, enhancements and migration.
- Translate tax reporting requirements (GST, CIT, IIT) into system and data requirements for partners.
Ecosystem Growth, Data & Performance Monitoring
- Support rollout of initiatives such as Seamless Filing From Software (SFFS), InvoiceNow and One-Stop Payroll (OSP).
- Implement Rule-as-Code to ensure tax rules and reporting requirements are accurately reflected in system and partner implementations.
- Maintain ecosystem overview and drive adoption across software providers and intermediaries.
- Track onboarding progress, API usage and adoption metrics.
- Analyse data to generate insights and improve processes and outcomes.
Engagement & Partner Management
- Conduct targeted engagements, briefings and technical walkthroughs.
- Translate tax and technical requirements into clear guidance for partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Tax Domain
- Preferably good working knowledge of Singapore tax regimes (GST, Corporate Income Tax and Individual Income Tax).
- Ability to apply tax requirements to systems, data flows and reporting processes.
Technical & Ops Capabilities
- Familiarity with APIs, system integration and data formats (e.g. JSON, XML).
- Experience in operations, system onboarding or digital implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track and interpret data.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in e-invoicing (e.g. InvoiceNow/Peppol), seamless filing or payroll systems.
- Experience working with software providers or technology partners.
Working Style

- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
