Manager II, Product Marketing & Campaign

Job Responsibilities

• Support product launch and revamp projects to deliver high-quality materials on schedule
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop client-centric marketing materials (Brochures, promotional leaflet, website content etc.)
• Craft clear value propositions and translate technical features into customer benefits
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral
• Supervise external agencies to produce professional, user-focused content
• Support implementation of product campaign, including market research, internal approvals, promotion leaflet and channel communications
• Control departmental budget and manage vendor payments

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder
• At least 7 years’ relevant life insurance experience in product marketing & campaign
• Possess in-depth understanding of the insurance products, clients’ needs, sales process and industry development in HK.
• Strong client focus with the ability to translate complex product features into accessible language; exceptional writing skills are essential
• Work independently, detail-oriented, proactive, and good interpersonal skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin
