Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy and Campaign Management
Lead the planning, development, and execution of institute-wide branding and campaign initiatives. Translate institutional priorities into clear campaign narratives, visual directions, and content strategies. Oversee campaign sequencing, rollout, and post-campaign evaluation to ensure alignment with objectives. - Content Development and Quality Assurance
Oversee the production of content such as videos, design assets, digital materials, and campaign collateral. Provide creative direction and review outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to NIE and NTU brand guidelines. Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver content within agreed timelines and standards. - Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Integrated Marketing to align campaign strategy, channels, and analytics. Partner with Media & Corporate Communications to ensure message accuracy, narrative alignment, and media readiness. Collaborate with Hospitality & International Relations to integrate branding and storytelling into institutional events and engagements. - Governance, Budget and Vendor Management
Manage campaign and production budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Oversee procurement and sourcing processes in accordance with NTU and NIE governance requirements. Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of complex initiatives. - Team Guidance and Capability Development
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior officers in campaign planning, branding application, and content development. Support capability building within the team to strengthen execution standards and consistency.
Requirements:
A University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in communications, branding, campaign management, or content strategy. Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, media, and offline platforms. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners is preferred. Strong strategic thinking and conceptualisation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple workstreams concurrently. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience in creative direction, agency management, and content quality assurance. Sound judgement in handling sensitive messaging and reputational considerations. Ability to guide and support junior team members.
