Junior Designer

What You'll Do

• Support the development of creative materials for all agency initiatives.
• Ensure all assets align with Atomic 212° brand guidelines.
• Manage and organize brand assets, photography, and traffic files.
• Design content for our website, social media, and EDMs.
• Work closely with our Senior Brand Designer and wider team.
• Contribute ideas and mood boards in brainstorming sessions.
• Support the team in delivering projects from concept to completion.
• Develop creative pitch assets using Keynote, InDesign, and more.
• Liaise with external suppliers to bring concepts to life.

What We’re Looking For

• A BA in Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Keynote.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and design principles.
• A solid understanding of UX design, usability, and accessibility.
• A proactive mindset – you’re always ready to tackle the next task or learn something new.
• Bonus points for skills in motion graphics, video editing, photography, or web design.
