Are you someone who loves variety and thrives on building relationships? We’re looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Internal Communications team and assist with our internal communications channels, primarily the DCS Intranet.

- Act as a curator and moderator of the DCS intranet
- Support stakeholders across the department to manage their content
- Ensure consistency, clarity and accessibility across the platform
- Help turn complex information into plain, readable language
- Keep an eye on multiple stakeholder projects while progressing your own assignments
- Provide reporting and analytics, and manage the Intranet news and events
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who’s curious, proactive and willing to give things a go
- Great stakeholder skills – able to guide and sometimes say no when needed
- A keen eye for detail and consistency, especially in design and tone
- Comms experience is a plus, especially simplifying technical or policy content
- SharePoint know-how is helpful, but not essential
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values initiative, clarity and kindness. If this sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you.
