You will play a pivotal role in shaping how our people connect, engage and feel
inspired across our Leisure Division. Partnering closely with senior leaders,
you will bring strategy to life through compelling storytelling, consistent
messaging and meaningful listening. This is your opportunity to create

elevating employee experience and engagement through innovative communications.

Day to day you will...

  • Lead internal communications strategy aligned to Leisure and People Strategy
  • Deliver a consistent communications rhythm, including town halls and
    leadership updates
  • Create engaging, audience-first content across newsletters, intranet and
    social channels
  • Partner with brand stakeholders to provide communications expertise and
    establish a consistent communications framework across all Leisure brands
  • Drive employee engagement through storytelling and purposeful communication
    campaigns
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on communication and engagement approaches
  • Support AI transformation by translating initiatives into simple, engaging
    narratives
  • Explore and leverage AI and social media to enhance communications
    effectiveness
  • Collaborate across People Experience, Marketing and Leadership teams to align
    messaging

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in internal communications or related field
  • Strong experience supporting senior leaders or CEO-level communications
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel communication strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling capability
  • Experience in employee engagement and listening frameworks
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into communication strategies
  • Experience in multi-brand or complex organisational environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
  • Exposure to change, transformation, or AI-related communications
  • Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or similar (People/HR background
    advantageous)
