Job Overview

Stellantis Australia are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to join their Marketing & Communications team in Port Melbourne. You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales analytics, administration, marketing coordination, fleet and asset management, website/content reviews, agency and supplier support, partnerships, and ATL/BTL campaigns. A great opportunity to build practical experience while contributing to the growth of an exciting automotive brand - Leapmotor.

Key Accountabilities

  • Reporting & Analysis
    Provide sales and marketing data analysis and reporting.
    Create sales and support marketing presentations for local and regional committees.
    Identify reporting and process efficiencies to improve analytics and create automation.
  • Marketing Administration
    Support the management of marketing budgets, including invoicing, reconciliation, and budget tracking.
    Carry out administrative and data entry related tasks and maintain organised files for the Leapmotor marketing team.
    Coordinate assets and support the wider business with marketing asset requirements.
    Support management of internal WIPs with the Head of Leapmotor and relevant marketing stakeholders.
  • Creative Campaign Support
    Partner with relevant marketing stakeholders, support agency briefings for upcoming campaigns.
    Support website reviews and content audits.
    Brief suppliers for asset support, including photography, retouching and related creative production requirements.
    Assist with the preparation and delivery of marketing materials.
    Coordinate assets, creative requirements list, communication plans, reports and post-analysis reviews of marketing activity.
  • Suppliers
    Support procurement processes, including supplier agreements, PR creation, and invoice management.
    Responsible for coordinating invoices and liaising with Finance to ensure timely payment.
  • Fleet Management
    Coordinate Leapmotor fleet of vehicles ensuring they are optimised at all times, vehicle loan process and documentation are correct, and administrating related vehicle transport, cleaning and repairs.
    Support vehicle preparation and logistics for activations, marketing activities, product launches, and product training.
    Support marketing fleet management requirements connected to campaigns, events, activations, ambassadors / influencers, and content production.

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field.
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused and customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable and willing to get hands-on.
  • Interest in automotive and electric vehicles is desirable.
  • Previous internship or analytical/business experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Drivers license.

This is a 12-month intern position based in Port Melbourne.
