Job Description
Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders across different business units to elicit citizen and business needs using human-centric and visual methods (e.g. service journeys), and develop the corresponding business cases
Analyse the impact of requested changes and propose improvements to address evolving business needs
Identify new opportunities to support the relevant Business Unit’s digital transformation
Assist in the development of Fabric Reports and Power Apps
Assist in the development of AI solutions
Ensure product (Fabric Reports / Power Apps / AI solutions) readiness for smooth deployment, adoption, and operations
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Analytics, or other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and/or Fabric
Possess a good understanding of advanced analytics and ETL processes
Good communication skills
Proficient in Python and/or SQL programming
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong problem-solving skills
