The HR Marketing Specialist supports the Group Human Resources function by planning, producing, and executing internal marketing and communication initiatives that promote OCBC HR programmes, events, and opportunities to employees.

Proactively engaging stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and consistently meeting deadlines are key. What you do

Content Creation & Storytelling
Interview employees across teams to surface authentic stories, career journeys, and culture moments. Write compelling long-form blog posts, articles, and web content for our careers site and internal channels. Draft engaging social media copy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Produce short-form written content including internal announcements, newsletters, and team spotlights.

Photography & Videography
Plan and execute basic photo shoots and video shoots in-office and at company events. Operate camera equipment and manage basic lighting and composition setups. Edit photos and videos to a professional standard using tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. Create short-form video content optimised for social media (Reels, LinkedIn video, etc.).

Design & Visual Communication
Design branded assets, social media graphics, event collateral, and internal comms using Canva. Apply a strong design eye to ensure all content is visually consistent and on-brand.

Programme & Event Marketing
Support the promotion of internal programmes, initiatives, and events. Develop communications plans for internal launches with clear timelines and channel strategies. Create event collateral including banners, save-the-dates, recap posts, and highlight reels.

Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Partner internal stakeholders to align content with business priorities. Maintain a content calendar and track performance of published content. Brief and coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when required.
Who you are
2–4 years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, content marketing, or a related field. Exceptional writing ability — you can craft copy that is clear, engaging, and tailored to different audiences and channels. Hands-on experience with photography and videography, including editing. Proficiency in Canva and a genuine eye for design and visual storytelling. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver to deadline in a fast-moving environment. Comfortable interviewing people and drawing out authentic, on-brand stories. Experience in planning and promoting internal events or programmes. Strong interpersonal skills — you can build trust quickly across all levels of the organisation.
