[HK] Senior Account Executive – Digital Marketing

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong, long-term working relationships
- Support and execute digital marketing campaigns for international brands targeting the China market
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, KOLs, media platforms and project timelines
- Independently develop campaign reports and strategic frameworks, and support the preparation of client proposals, presentations and marketing strategies
- Participate in client meetings and presentations with confidence and professionalism
- Oversee Chinese social media content execution across social platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up to date with Chinese digital trends, social media culture and emerging consumer behaviour
- Support the Account Director and wider team on business and campaign initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an advertising agency, PR agency, digital marketing agency or related industry
- Strong presentation and client communication skills
- Confident in leading meetings, presenting ideas and handling client-facing responsibilities
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Chinese digital and social media platforms
- Experience with Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Tencent Ads or related digital platforms is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to adapt English marketing materials into high-quality Chinese copywriting
- Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

- Experience working with international brands
- KOL / influencer marketing experience
- Experience preparing marketing proposals and campaign decks
- Fashion, beauty, luxury or lifestyle industry experience
- Basic understanding of paid media analytics and reporting
Salary
HKD 25,000 – 30,000 per month
(Depending on experience)
