Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Strategy Ownership
• Own the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for Divigel, Stalevo, and other products ensuring alignment with overall business and sales objectives.
• Translate brand strategy into clear priorities, action plans, and execution frameworks across the organization.
• Build strong alignment with the CNS & Women’s Health team at the Finland Head Office and obtain their full support. -
Brand Positioning & Lifecycle Management
• Define and continuously refine brand positioning based on robust primary and secondary market research.
• Ensure effective activation of brand positioning through integrated Brand Plans that resonate with target customers.
• Lead brand lifecycle planning, including optimization of growth, maturity, and sustainability phases. -
KOL & Advisory Strategy
• Define the strategic approach to KOL engagement in collaboration with Sales team.
• Oversee planning and execution of Commercial Advisory Boards to gather insights, validate strategies, and strengthen brand impact.
• Ensure KOL insights are fully integrated into brand strategy and execution. -
Market Insights & Data Driven Marketing
• Ensure generation of high quality market intelligence through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Drive data driven marketing initiatives by defining key data needs and collection methodologies in collaboration with Commercial Excellence team.
• Ensure insights are translated into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes. -
Omnichannel & Customer Engagement Strategy
• Define the omnichannel engagement strategy with Commercial Excellence team, ensuring a customer centric and segment driven approach.
• Ensure effective selection and utilization of cost efficient and compliant promotional channels with Commercial Excellence team.
• Establish the strategic foundation for digital marketing to enable advanced omnichannel activation from 2026 onward. -
Content & Promotional Excellence
• Oversee development, approval, and deployment of promotional content in line with brand strategy.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory, scientific, and internal governance requirements.
• Ensure robust review, approval, and documentation processes are in place. -
Forecasting & Financial Contribution
• Own sales forecasting for branded products in close collaboration with Sales and Accounting & Finance teams.
• Ensure forecasts are strategically sound, data driven, and aligned with brand plans. -
Budget & ROI Management
• Own marketing budget planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure investments are prioritized toward high ROI activities and aligned with strategic objectives. -
Performance Metrics & Optimization
• Define key marketing KGIs / KPIs linked to customer behavior, brand performance, and business outcomes.
• Monitor performance regularly and drive agile optimization of strategies and tactics. -
Portfolio & Business Development
• Lead portfolio evaluation and business case development for new product opportunities.
• Present recommendations and business cases to stakeholders in Japan and Finland Head Office, enabling strategic Go / No Go decisions. -
Cross Functional Leadership
• Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Medical Information, Commercial Excellence, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and CNS & Women’s Health team in Finland Head Office.
• Contribute actively to leadership discussions and long term business planning.
