Head of Marketing APAC

Role Purpose

To lead and execute a business-aligned APAC marketing strategy that drives demand generation, pipeline impact, and brand strength, while defining and governing a clear regional–local operating model and representing APAC within the global marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the APAC marketing strategy and roadmap aligned to business growth priorities
  • Establish and operate the regional–local marketing operating model, ensuring clarity of roles and decision rights
  • Lead and develop a high-performing APAC marketing team focused on enablement, standards, and insight
  • Lead demand generation strategy and ensure measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Build and scale digital marketing and analytics capabilities, with clear ROI discipline
  • Partner with sales and business unit leaders to improve conversion, prioritization, and commercial outcomes
  • Own APAC product and technical marketing standards, including value propositions and sales enablement frameworks
  • Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility across APAC
  • Define and govern regional brand, content, and digital standards that reduce local workload and increase consistency
  • Drive internal brand engagement and employer branding initiatives in partnership with People & Culture teams
  • Manage marketing investments with a strong focus on effectiveness and ROI
  • Be the primary APAC interface to Global Marketing, ensuring pragmatic adoption of global assets and strong APAC representation

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B, industrial, or engineered solutions environments
  • Proven leadership experience in a multi-country or regional APAC marketing role, preferably in an international company
  • Experience in marketing strategy, demand generation and commercial impact
  • Experience working closely with product management, engineering, or application teams
  • Experience in digital marketing and analytics
  • Ability to operate effectively across cultures and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong execution focus with a business-first mindset
