Lead the global marketing function for Deswik, a mining software technology leader used by customers around the world. This is a high-impact role where you’ll elevate our brand, grow demand and shape how we show up in global mining markets. You will lead a capable team, partner with senior leaders and bring fresh energy to a business with strong products, global reach and real momentum.
What you’ll do
- Set and lead Deswik’s global marketing strategy, aligned to growth, brand and commercial priorities
- Lead, coach and energise a high-performing marketing team
- Connect global strategy with regional market opportunities and customer needs
- Turn complex technical solutions into clear, compelling customer stories
- Build Deswik’s global brand presence across digital, events and customer channels
- Lift digital performance across web, social, campaigns and lead generation
- Create content that builds awareness, engagement and product adoption
- Use data and reporting to track performance, pipeline impact and ROI
- Manage budgets and resources to maximise marketing impact
- Partner with Sales, Product and executive leaders on go-to-market programs
- Support employer brand and talent attraction through strong market messaging
- Explore AI, SEO and AEO opportunities to keep marketing sharp and future-focused
What you’ll bring
- Senior marketing leadership experience, ideally as a Head of Marketing or similar
- A track record turning strategy into practical marketing programs that deliver results
- A pragmatic leadership style that builds clarity, trust and momentum
- A hands-on approach to leading people, setting direction and staying close to the work
- Experience in mining, software, SaaS, technology or complex B2B environments
- Confidence influencing executives, sales teams, technical experts and regional leaders
- Commercial judgement and a clear view of how marketing supports growth
- Strength across brand, digital, content, events, campaigns and lead generation
- Confidence using data, metrics and platforms such as HubSpot to guide decisions
- The ability to make complex technical ideas clear, relevant and compelling
- A hands-on, collaborative approach that fits Deswik’s low-ego, high-trust culture
